NautaDutilh has been assisting the bank consortium comprising N.V. Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten, ING Bank N.V., Coöperatieve Rabobank Amsterdam U.A. and Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. on the EUR 635,000,000 financing and refinancing of new development, refurbishments, systems and operating capital for the benefit of the AMC.

The financing is one of the largest funding arrangements for the benefit of the new development of a hospital since the introduction in January 2009 of integral performance-related funding (where investment costs are part of prices and rates in healthcare).

The NautaDutilh team members that advised the bank consortium on this transaction were Thijs Lommen, Monieke Linck, Arief van Rhee and Jan-Joris van Kampen.
