NautaDutilh successfully assisted the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) in obtaining a banking license in the Netherlands. The newly established Amsterdam branch will serve as the European headquarters of Australia’s largest bank.

In addition to the banking license held in the UK, CBA Europe N.V. will support institutional clients based in Europe through a strong EU presence regardless of the outcome of Brexit.

NautaDutilh assisted CBA throughout the license application process.
