NautaDutilh assists Ecovative on the acquisition of Lambert Spawn Europa
Ecovative, a New York-based company, is one of the largest producers of mycelium products. Lambert Spawn Europa is a state-of-the-art mushroom spawn production facility in the Netherlands. As a result of this acquisition, Ecovative will be able to achieve greater global vertical integration.
