On 15 February, the real-estate fund Uni-Invest, which is currently experiencing difficulties, should have paid off a loan of 745.6 million euros. The loan was provided in 2005 by Eurohypo, a subsidiary of the German Commerzbank. However, Uni-Invest was unable to pay off the loan. Eurohypo has been in talks for some time with all of those involved, and interested parties, in order to arrive at a solution that does as much justice as possible to the interests of all concerned.

Eurohypo is being assisted by a NautaDutilh team led by Barbara Rumora-Scheltema and Robert van Galen.
