NautaDutilh advised Inclusio, as issuer's counsel, on its IPO on Euronext Brussels and the admission to trading of its shares on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels. The company offered 2,803,738 shares and raised EUR 60 million, almost 25% of which from retail investors.

The company had an initial market capitalisation of EUR 154 million. Inclusio went public yesterday at the opening bell ceremony of the Brussels Stock Exchange.

Inclusio is the first and only Belgian listed real estate company exclusively active in the rental of social housing in all three Belgian regions. Its mission is important as housing is crucial to maintaining community integration, lifting people out of poverty and achieving social objectives. Inclusio aims to dedicate 25% of its residential portfolio to particularly vulnerable populations, such as the homeless, persons with psychological disorders and migrants.

NautaDutilh is proud to have helped Inclusio reach this important milestone. Our team consisted of Nicolas de Crombrugghe, Ysaline Mouthuy, Julie Salteur, Alexandra Watrice and Héloïse Noiset.
