NautaDutilh assists Koninklijke BAM Groep NV with the sale of BAM Contractors BV
Koninklijke BAM Groep NV, the Dutch construction group, has sold its Belgian operating company BAM Contractors BV to Stadsbader Group. The deal, which was announced on 15 February 2022, has now been successfully completed. NautaDutilh assisted Koninklijke BAM Groep NV with this transaction.
For BAM, the acquisition marks another step in the realisation of its strategy ‘Building a sustainable tomorrow’. BAM is currently in the process of restructuring its portfolio to focus on markets and projects where it can leverage its proven competitive strengths and meet the growing demand for sustainable solutions in the construction industry.
