NautaDutilh is pleased to have assisted Lifetri and its shareholder Sixth Street with Lifetri's entrance into the Dutch pension market and the takeover of part of the pension portfolio of Allianz.
Following the acquisitions of Nuvema and the life insurer of Klaverblad, Lifetri was already active in the funeral insurance and life insurance market. In addition, it will now also become active in the pension market.
NautaDutilh's team consisted of amongst others Larissa Silverentand, Marjolein van Well, Bianca van der Goes, Stefan Wissing, Lieke van der Velden, Stijn Franken, Janneke Reijnders, Roderick Watson and Isabella Kleijn.
