NautaDutilh assists Nederlandse Spoorwegen in merger of subsidiary Hely with Next Urban Mobility (PON)
NautaDutilh assists longstanding client Nationale Spoorwegen in its cooperation with PON, a large car importer in the Netherlands, by way of the contemplated merger of their respective subsidiaries Next Urban Mobility (Pon) & Hely (NS), which are both active in the design, implementation and management of mobility hubs.
The merger will allow the Parties' complementary services to develop and manage multimodal shared mobility concepts for both consumers and business. The company aims to open 30 to 40 new hubs in large cities across the Netherlands.
