Pegasus Entrepreneurs is led by CEO Pierre Cuilleret who also acts as one of the sponsors to the SPAC. It has successfully raised €210 million in a private placement for the purposes of completing a business combination with a European headquartered growth business. Potential targets will have a clear growth and value creation plan which can be further developed thanks to the expertise, additional capital and listing obtained by entering into a business combination with Pegasus Entrepreneurs. The private placement was upsized by €10 million due to strong investor demand.
Last Friday's listing of Pegasus Entrepreneurs is the 15th SPAC listing on Euronext Amsterdam this year, and the 7th SPAC IPO our Dutch team has assisted on this year. The SPAC IPOs we advised on include the listing of Pegasus Acquisition Company Europe B.V., another SPAC with Tikehau Capital and Financière Agache as sponsors.
