NautaDutilh assists Ramphastos on partial refinancing High Tech Campus Eindhoven
On 11 June 2015 Ramphastos Real Estate Investments closed the EUR 85 million partial refinancing for the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven with Berlin Hyp AG acting as arranger and lender. The High Tech Campus Eindhoven houses more than 120 companies and institutes, and over 8,000 researchers, developers and entrepreneurs working on developing future technologies and products.
Campus companies (i.a. Philips, NXP, IBM, Intel, ASML, Solliance) strategically decide what knowledge, skills and R&D facilities they share in order to achieve faster, better and more customer-oriented innovation in the application fields Health, Energy and Smart Experience. Open Innovation is the work approach on High Tech Campus Eindhoven. Campus companies inspire one another by sharing knowledge, experience and facilities. Located at the heart of Brainport Campus companies are responsible for nearly 50% of all Dutch patent applications.
