SendCloud, the leading e-commerce shipping platform in Europe, today announced it has closed a $177 million Series C financing. The funding round was led by Softbank Vision Fund 2* with a significant strategic investment from L Catterton and participation from HPE Growth.

SendCloud's platform turns logistics from a bottleneck into an accelerator, making shipping a competitive advantage. The funding will allow the company to scale-up and fuel even further international expansion. SendCloud aims to fulfill its ambition of simplifying cross-border parcel delivery and taking webshops to the next level.

The NautaDutilh deal team that worked alongside lead counsel Latham & Watkins LLP was led by Sybren de Beurs and furthermore consisted of Quirine van Maanen, Ruben Rekers, Frans Ruijs (Corporate M&A), Koen Biesma (Corporate Notarial), Joris Willems, Eva Reinders (Corporate/IT), Terrence Dom, Tom de Smet (Privacy), Arjan Koorevaar, Naud van Doorn (Employment), Micheline Don and Noor Boekelman (IP).
