NautaDutilh assisted the shareholders of FlexiForce Group in the auction sale of the FlexiForce Group to, ultimately, Assa Abloy A.B.
FlexiForce is an innovative designer, sourcer, producer and distributor of hardware components, complete hardware sets and electrical operators for industrial and residential sectional overhead doors.
FlexiForce Group employs more than 300 employees worldwide. Assa Abloy is listed in Sweden and the global leader in door opening solutions and employs more than 37,000 employees worldwide. Further transaction details are not disclosed.
The NautaDutilh team was led by Joost den Engelsman and Ruud Smits and consisted of Marianne de Waard Preller, Jorieke van Strijen, Marjolein van Sprundel, Tomas Vaal and Jesler Hartman Kok.
