NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg publishes English-language version of the Luxembourg Act of 10 August 1915
To mark the 100th anniversary of the Luxembourg Act of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies (the "Luxembourg Companies Act"), NautaDutilh is proud to present the book containing an English-language version of the Luxembourg Companies Act, consolidated and in force as at 1 July 2015.
One way in which the Luxembourg financial market differs from many others is that the most commonly used working language is English, while the official version of the Luxembourg Companies Act is in French only. The aim of this book is to provide clients and other practitioners with a useful tool for understanding Luxembourg corporate law and to contribute to a better understanding of the Luxembourg Companies Act.
