LDIA is comprised of more than 35 member firms in Belgium which have agreed to work together to promote diversity and encourage a culture of inclusion at law firms and in the legal profession as a whole.

On 31 January, we signed the Legal Diversity & Inclusion Charter.

By signing the charter, NautaDutilh expresses its willingness to create a diverse and inclusive workplace in which everyone benefits from equal treatment and opportunities regardless of race, ethnic or social origin, gender or sexual orientation, age, disability, language, religion, political convictions or any other grounds for personal discrimination. LDIA members are committed to building an alliance focussed on eliminating discrimination in the workplace, promoting an inclusive organisational culture and taking tangible actions to fulfil charter commitments.
