NautaDutilh chairs Airbus annual general meeting in the midst of the coronavirus crisis
On April 16, Paul van der Bijl, partner and civil law notary of NautaDutilh, chaired the Airbus AGM on behalf of the Chairman of the Airbus board.
The Airbus AGM took place in a minimised set-up, observing social distancing rules, due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and associated health, safety and travel restrictions.
