The third edition of The Corporate Governance Review edited by Willem Calkoen has recently been published. The book describes the most important developments in the field of corporate governance in 31 countries.

The book will be interesting read not only for lawyers, but also for non-specialists who would like to get a general overview of a certain country.

The chapter about the Netherlands was written by Geert Raaijmakers and Marlies Stek. Elke Janssens en Virginie Ciers wrote the Belgium chapter. Greet Wilkenhuysen and Louisa Silcox were responsible for the Luxembourg chapter.

The book will be presented at the 12th Annual International Mergers and Acquitsitions Conference of the International Bar Association (IBA).
