How can we help you?

The fourth edition of The Corporate Governance Review edited by Willem Calkoen has recently been published. The book describes the most important developments in the field of corporate governance in 27 countries.

The book is an interesting read not only for lawyers, but also to non-specialists who would like to get a general overview of a certain country.

NautaDutilh contributed to this publication for the fourth time. The chapter about the Netherlands was written by Geert Raaijmakers and Marlies Stek (p. 248). Elke Janssens en Virginie Ciers wrote the Belgium chapter (p. 24). Greet Wilkenhuysen and Louisa Silcox were responsible for the Luxembourg chapter (p. 227).

The book will be presented at the 13th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference of the International Bar Association (IBA) in June and at the IBA Annual Conference in Tokyo, Japan in October 2014.
