NautaDutilh recently contributed to the 2021 edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Governance. ICLG Corporate Governance provides a practical cross-border insight into corporate governance in 23 jurisdictions.

It covers common issues in corporate governance laws and regulations, including in management bodies, shareholders & other stakeholders, transparency & Reporting, and corporate social responsibility.

Stefan Wissing, Maarten Buma, Geert Raaijmakers and Frans Overkleeft wrote the Dutch chapter. Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz acted as contributing editors.

'ESG and other key corporate governance issues are rapidly evolving. This publication provides boards, advisers and others working in the field of corporate governance with up-to-date, concise jurisdictional overviews that provide a helpful first look at the corporate governance landscape in the covered countries', says Stefan Wissing.
