Our M&A team was involved in the acquisition by Stadsbader Group of BAM Contractors, which is nominated for Best Mid Cap Corporate Deal 2022 and one of the largest carve-outs in Belgium last year. The team was also involved in the acquisition of House of HR by Bain Capital from Naxicap Partners, which is nominated for Best Large Cap Private Equity Deal 2022 and the Series B financing round for Intigriti, which is nominated for Best Venture Capital Deal 2022 in Technology.
