NautaDutilh involved in two deals shortlisted for the Belgian M&A Awards
After two of the deals we worked on won the "Best Mid Cap Corporate Deal" and the "Best Large Cap Private Equity Deal" at the Belgian M&A Awards last year, two of our deals have been shortlisted again, this time in the "Best Venture Capital Deal" category.
Our M&A team assisted Wallonie Entreprendre and Noshaq with the sale of part of their stake in Odoo, which General Atlantic co-invested in, and which is nominated for Best Venture Capital Deal 2023 in Technology. The team was also involved in the Series A financing of Dualyx, which is nominated for Best Venture Capital Deal 2023 in Life Sciences.
