Through this collaboration, we aim to open up the conversation around cultural diversity in the workplace and to show more bi-cultural students what it is like to work at our firm. Our cooperation with this network also ties in with our CSR mission to empower the next generation. Senior associate Boudewijn Smit was one of the colleagues who helped to initiate our cooperation with Bridges Network.
