We recently joined forces with Bridges Network. This Network gives bi-cultural students insights into the world of commercial law through (online) meetings, lectures and interviews. Through this collaboration, we aim to open up the conversation around cultural diversity in the workplace and to show more bi-cultural students what it is like to work at our firm. Our cooperation with this network also ties in with our CSR mission to empower the next generation.
Senior associate Boudewijn Smit was one of the colleagues who helped to initiate our cooperation with Bridges Network. 'By cooperating with Bridges Network, we hope to remove barriers and build bridges to facilitate and encourage bi-cultural students to consider a future within a commercial law firm like NautaDutilh,' says Boudewijn. 'I also believe that this partnership can help us to consider our own choices. Some changes, for instance in our recruitment process, can be small but still have a great impact. Inclusion matters, and all talent is welcome at our firm.''
About Bridges Network
