Numerous businesses have been fundamentally disrupted by the COVID-19 health crisis. To allow SMEs to deal as effectively as possible with the downturn in economic activity and to help them define and implement their recovery strategy, the House of Entrepreneurship of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce has launched the #ReAct project, which we are proud to support.
#ReAct was designed to help entrepreneurs to manage this crisis period, including restarting their activity, through three pillars: (1) community-based sharing of experiences and tools (2) personal check-ups to monitor the current situation and identify the challenges, and (3) the implementation of a concrete action plan from the legal perspective.
We are proud to support this initiative and to stand with businesses to help them get through this difficult time via custom-made commercial litigation & employment support. In addition to other questions, a local group of trendy bars requested the assistance of our Employment/Litigation team (led by Antoine Laniez) on various issues related to the post COVID-19 era.
