NautaDutilh named "Real Estate Law Firm of the Year" at the 2013 Belgian Legal Awards
NautaDutilh was named Real Estate Law Firm of the Year at the Belgian Legal Awards, which were handed out last week in Brussels. The jury commented its decision by referring to the continued growth of the real estate practice, the excellent service provided by its lawyers, who consistently meet their clients' expectations, and the team's involvement in a number of significant transactions in 2012.
The jury also referred to the depth and breadth of the firm's real estate practice, in terms of both geographic scope and substance. Indeed, the members of our Real Estate team are active throughout Belgium and have in-depth knowledge not only of real estate law but also financial and administrative law.
The real estate department of NautaDutilh advises its clients in real estate investment transactions, development projects, real estate financing and PPP's.
This year marks the fourth time NautaDutilh has been named Real Estate Law Firm of the Year since the Belgian Legal Awards were first introduced eight years ago.
