NautaDutilh New York office welcomes back Rebecca Pinto
On May 1 2019 the New York office of NautaDutilh welcomes back Rebecca Pinto, partner Dutch Corporate M&A and member of the Private Equity team. Rebecca - who already worked at the New York office in 2015/2016 - will replace Harm Kerstholt. Harm will rejoin the Dutch Corporate Energy group.
"I'm am very much looking forward to this exciting new step", says Rebecca. "I will maintain, strengthen and establish relationships with key US law firms with a focus on corporate M&A work, with a specific emphasis on Life Sciences & Technology."
