NautaDutilh one of Europe's leading firms in SPACs
NautaDutilh's Capital Markets team are the go-to experts in the Benelux for companies, advisers and banks taking SPACs public, according to research by Law.com.
The website researched which law firms advised on European SPAC transactions with a value of more than one million British pounds. When it comes to European SPACs, NautaDutilh occupies second place, both in terms of transaction value and number of SPACs, second only to US firm White & Case with which we also team up of several mandates. In terms of transaction value for issuer side deals NautaDutilh is the overall European market leader.
NautaDutilh was issuer's counsel and structured the largest European SPAC deal this year to date for Pegasus Acquisition Company Europe as well as one of the most innovative market leading SPAC deals in Europe for Hedosophia European Growth.
