Vincent Wellens shed light on the main changes introduced by the Circular for Luxembourg supervised entities, Carmen Schellekens explained selected contractual aspects relevant to vendors and Yoann Le Bihan presented certain technical aspects of the Circular.

The seminar, which took place at the Sofitel in Kirchberg, was followed by a networking lunch. We welcomed a diverse crowd of around 45 professionals including representatives of Luxembourg’s key banks, IT service providers, payment services companies and corporate services firms.
