NautaDutilh organises public procurement webinar
On Friday 26 February 2021, Maxime Vanderstraeten and Jens Mosselmans from our Brussels office, together with Vincent Wellens from our Luxembourg office, gave a webinar on the latest developments in public procurement law. Several Luxembourg public administrations were in attendance.
The speakers elaborated on the application of the 2018 Luxembourg law on public contracts and concessions, examining in particular the new award procedures and techniques (competitive procedure with negotiation, direct award without competition, framework agreement, etc.) and the practical impact for contracting authorities. They also discussed recent case law of the Luxembourg administrative courts.
