On Wednesday 24 March 2021, Vincent Wellens participated to a live panel discussion in collaboration with the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg.
Several legal experts provided an update post-completion of Brexit, bearing the Covid-19 situation in mind from a Data Protection, Banking and Finance, Corporate and Employment law perspective. Vincent elaborated on personal data transfers post-Brexit and the processing of personal data in the Covid-19 context.
