A number of European professionals and firms, including NautaDutilh, were selected to help familiarise entrepreneurs with market expectations and advise them on how best to prepare for listing.

The first Belgian TechShare session will kick-off on 25 October 2016.

NautaDutilh will host a session in February 2017, together with Euronext, on the day-to-day functioning of markets (opening and closing trading sessions, call auction versus continuous trading, indices, liquidity contracts, block trading, etc.) and the impact of listing in terms of reporting.
