NautaDutilh publishes report on private equity in the Netherlands
On 16 April 2013, NautaDutilh has published its second report on market expectations in the Netherlands private equity and leveraged finance sector. The report charts market expectations in the Netherlands private equity and leveraged finance sector. Almost 100 market players provided their opinions via an online survey. In addition to this, various roundtable discussions were held with private equity professionals, leveraged finance bankers and corporate finance advisers.
The main points of the survey were discussed in a webinar. Paul Laseur, stock market commentator at BNR News Radio, discussed the following subjects with Gaike Dalenoord, partner private equity, and David Viëtor, partner leveraged finance:
