NautaDutilh successfully assists Atenor with its public offering of retail bonds for EUR 100,000,000

The bonds have been mainly placed with retail investors as part of a public offering led by Belfius Bank and KBC Securities in October 2020, for maturities of respectively 4 and 6 years. The bond issue was subscribed more than 2.5 times.

This transaction follows a rights issue of Atenor which took place in June 2020, for which NautaDutilh also acted as issuer' counsel.

Atenor is a real estate development company listed on Euronext Brussels.

The NautaDutilh team was composed of Nicolas de Crombrugghe and Sara Ben Othmen.
