NautaDutilh to lead workshop at Vlerick's 2019 Exit Academy
NautaDutilh has been a partner of Vlerick's M&A Center since 2017 and will take part in its 2019 Exit Academy, to be launched in February.
The Exit Academy focuses on the essential insights needed to achieve a smooth and satisfying transfer or sale of a company. It is designed for SME owners who wish to transfer or sell their company in the short or long term.
Vlerick's Exit Academy will consist of 7 workshops, each followed by specific assignments that apply the concepts learned.
On 7 May 2019, Elke Janssens (Corporate M&A Partner) and Maxime Colle (Corporate M&A Local Partner) will give a workshop on deal-making.
At the end of the Exit Academy, participants will have the opportunity to present their exit plan to a panel of lawyers, advisors, bankers and Vlerick professors. Elke and Maxime will also serve on the panel.
