NautaDutilh turns Bauhaus trilogy into a success
By judgement of October 21st 2015, the Dutch Council of State has rejected the objections of several competitors with regard to the arrival of the Bauhaus concept in Hengelo.
This success comes on top of the recent successes of our Public Law team in Groningen and Venlo. The many objections, especially in the context of the so-called 'ladder for sustainable urbanization' ('ladder voor duurzame verstedelijking'), have not led to the annulment of the decisions.
NautaDutilh's Public Law team, led by Anne-Marie Klijn, assisted in the various Bauhaus cases and frequently assists innovative initiatives in retail.
