NautaDutilh received the award as one of the 9 highest scoring companies on the LGBTI Global Benchmark index, organised by Workplace Pride and the University of Leiden. This year the Advocates were Accenture, Shell and IBM and Ambassadors were Aegon, SAP, Sodexo, Dow, NautaDutilh and Cisco.

Our firm has participated in the annual Global Benchmark for LGBTI inclusion since 2014. To us it’s a means to monitor progress since the establishment of our internal LGBTI network ND GLOBE that same year.

To stress our commitment to an inclusive workplace where LGBTI employees feel valued and welcome, NautaDutilh board member Petra Zijp signed the Declaration of Amsterdam in August 2017. This declaration, an initiative of Workplace Pride, is a call to action for employers to "provide a safe, comfortable, equal opportunity workplace and promote authenticity for LGBTI employees."
