NautaDutilh's R&I team assists in restructuring Royal IHC
NautaDutilh's Restructuring and Insolvency team assisted the syndicate of banks in the restructuring and refinancing of Royal IHC. The restructuring resulted in the acquisition of Royal IHC by an industry consortium through a continuity foundation. The restructuring and refinancing is supported by the Dutch government.
Implementation of the restructuring took place through enforcement of share security before the Netherlands Commercial Court.
The team was led by Marc Orval. The core transaction team consisted of Jinne van Belle, Saskia Heumakers, Lenneke de Baar, Sicco Gunster and Robert Woudenberg.
The team was further assisted by Robert van Galen, Teun Struycken, Catrien Rozeman, Yvette Sevink and many others across the firm.
