New appointments NautaDutilh
We are happy to announce five new appointments at our firm, as per 1 April 2017.
Edger Kleijer (associate partner) advises on mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures and focuses on private equity investments. Edger has been involved in a wide variety of national and international M&A deals and joint ventures.
Jolize Lautenbach (associate partner) advises on regulatory and administrative law issues and has broad experience in administrative litigation. Fields of her special interest are the regulated market sectors of telecommunication, media, transport, food/commodities and education.
Maxime Colle (local partner Brussels) is a member of the Corporate and Finance Department and specialises in corporate law. Maxime has experience with public and private M&A, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and corporate restructurings. Maxime represents (listed) companies, private equity funds and other investors.
Marc Orval (local partner London) is active in the area of Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency. He has substantial experience in advising Dutch and international clients on various aspects of (cross border) finance transactions and restructurings.
Philippine De Wolf (local partner Brussels) is a member of the Corporate and Finance Department and focuses on public and private M&A, private equity and capital market transactions (equity and debt). She advises both listed and private companies."
