New ATMs in the Netherlands - NautaDutilh assists

NautaDutilh assists Geldservice Nederland (GSN) and ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank with the take-over by GSN of all cash machines from ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank. This will create a bank-independent network of cash machines throughout the Netherlands. These cash machines will operate under the name Geldmaat.

GSN, ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank have been advised by Frans van der Eerden, Sven Uiterwijk and Valentina Caria.
