The new Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, which will be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States, has been published on 30 June 2017 in the Official Journal of the European Union. It will enter into force on 20 July 2017 and apply from 21 July 2019, other than certain exemptions which will apply from an earlier date.
