We are pleased to announce that we received six M&A Award nominations: Leo Groothuis and Joost den Engelsman have been nominated for respectively Best M&A Lawyer and Best M&A Lawyer Mid-Market. In the Best deal category  Ramphastos Investments's acquisition of HEMA from Lion Capital has been nominated; two IPO's we worked on - Alfen Beheer and NIBC - have been nominated in the Best ECM Deal category and we have been nominated in the Best M&A Law Firm category.
