NautaDutilh advisor Nora van Oostrom is the winner of the Legal Woman of the Year Award 2014. She was praised for her diversity in her various roles and functions, including being an inspiring teacher to many students, which she all combines with her family. The fact that she is a true role model was decisive for the jury.

Besides her role as advisor at NautaDutilh, Nora is the official spokesperson of the Dutch Society of Notaries, a deputy-judge in the superior court in Arnhem, executive manager of The Law Firm School and an editor of various legal journals. She also is a board member for several societies and a frequent guest lecturer and speaker at conferences.

Legal Women
Legal Women offers a platform for female lawyers to share knowledge and experiences, discuss and network. Every year, Legal Woman holds the election for 'Legal Woman of the Year' and 'Upcoming Talent of the Year'. With these awards, the organisation intends to bring female legal talent to the attention and communicate that there is a large group of female top talent in The Netherlands.
