Publication book “Hoofdlijnen Wft” by NautaDutilh lawyers - an update on regulatory law applying to financial institutions
This week, Kluwer will publish the second edition of the book "Hoofdlijnen Wft” (Main Features of the Financial Supervision Act). This second edition of the book - in Dutch - has been written in response to the many developments in the field of regulatory law applying to financial institutions and also to the positive reactions to the first edition, which was published in March 2011. The book has been written by lawyers in NautaDutilh’s Banking & Finance, Financial Services, Derivatives & Regulatory group and edited by Larissa Silverentand.
This second edition incorporates new legislation, case-law and market developments that have appeared since 2011. NautaDutilh’s pragmatic approach to this difficult area of law has made the subject accessible to a wider audience and makes the book a useful and practical work of reference.
The authors of the book are Bart Bierman, Frans van der Eerden, Pim Heemskerk, Larissa Silverentand and Jasha Sprecher.
