Tanguy de Haan to give presentation on recent European case law on the enforcement of rights
On 17 March, Tanguy de Haan will give a presentation on recent European case law on the enforcement of rights, at an online conference organised by Institut Stanislas de Boufflers.
More than a year after the deadline for transposition of the Trademark Directive, this online conference, to be held on 15, 17 and 19 March, will assess the effects of the reform in France and, more broadly, Europe. Customs action against counterfeits will also be discussed.
