Taxonomy Regulation adopted
On 2 July 2020, the Taxonomy Regulation entered into force. With this Regulation and the connected Disclosure Regulation, new requirements will apply to financial institutions that offer financial products as ‘green’ or ‘sustainable’. Furthermore, pursuant to the Disclosure Regulation requirements will become applicable to your organisation as a whole, for example whether sustainability is a part of the investment policy and governance.
