Teun Struycken and Thijs van Zanten win VBR Publication Prize 2010
Teun Struycken and Thijs van Zanten, lawyers at NautaDutilh, have won the VBR Publication Prize for 2010.
This is a prize awarded each year by the Association for Civil Law (Vereniging voor Burgerlijk Recht) to the author(s) of the article that makes the most interesting contribution to scholarship and advancements in the field of civil law.
Teun and Thijs received this prize for their article on undisclosed pledges of receivables which appeared in the Insolvency Law Journal. The prize was presented on Friday 8 April in The Hague by the chairman of the Association for Civil Law, Professor G.E. van Mannen.
