On 24 September 2018, a new version of the Dutch Pension Funds Code entered into effect. The Code applies to all pension funds having their corporate seat in the Netherlands.

Compared to the 2017 version there are a number of changes in the 2018 Code, the most important of which are described in this newsletter.
