The Luxembourg UBO Register: Additional administrative deadline for declarations to be made to the UBO Register (30 November 2019)
In a notice published earlier today, 29 August 2019, the Luxembourg Business Register informs that an additional administrative period of 3 months is granted to entities who have not yet made their declaration to the Luxembourg Ultimate Beneficial Owner ("UBO") Register.
