Commenting on the astronomical amounts for which he closed three mega-transactions last December, Leo said: "More than 24 billion? Oh well, it's not about the amount. For the number of hours of work, it often makes no difference whether an acquisition involves 5 million or 10 billion Euros. Bottom line is that it is all about the successful completion, after those long negotiations. But above all, you must continue to see the fun involved with this work."
