The deadline for financial market participants and financial advisers to comply with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, as amended (the "SFDR"), in a "principle-based" manner was on the 10th of March 2021. Nevertheless, there are still uncertainties with respect to, amongst others, the application of the SFDR to AIFMs, asset managers and investment advisers that are located in third countries.
