Top 50 Largest Real Estate Investment Transactions 2011

Leading industry magazine PropertyNL has published its annual ranking of the top 50 largest real estate investment transactions. NautaDutilh's Real Estate Group and Loan Finance Group were involved in the largest real estate investment transaction in 2011. 

The largest transaction in 2011 was the W.P. Carey - C1000 triple net Sale Lease Back transaction, involving all distribution centres of C1000 in the Netherlands.

NautaDutilh was also ranked as the no 1 Real Estate firm in the Netherlands by PropertyNL based on the total transaction volume in 2011.
