IAM Patent 1000 has recognised the members of NautaDutilh's Benelux Intellectual Property team as leading patent professionals.

The team is considered to have "an impressive reputation throughout the Benelux region, and the team works seamlessly between Amsterdam, Brussels and Luxembourg".

Florence Verhoestraete and Tanguy de Haan both received a gold tier ranking. In the report, Tanguy is considered as "an IP all-rounder with an instinct for the best arguments", while Florence earns praise from one esteemed peer for “always being a pleasure to work with. Florence allows a real discussion to be had and forges respectful relationships with opposing counsel.”

Philippe Péters remains silver tier and is mentioned as a seasoned litigator bringing "four decades of experience to deliver well-rounded and measured advice".

Jeroen Boelens, ranked as bronze tier, is being described as "extremely knowledgeable on various topics of patent law and always delivers creative solutions on time.”
